As soon as your order ships, we email you a tracking number and a link to follow your parcel from dispatch to your door.

Orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days, and the tracking email follows shortly after.

Can’t find your tracking, or it hasn’t updated in over 5 business days? Email support@prestonsupply.com with your order number and we’ll look into it right away.
