Terms of service
These terms govern your use of prestonsupply.com and any order placed on it. Placing an order means you accept them.
Orders
An order is confirmed when you receive the confirmation email. We may cancel and refund an order in full if an item turns out to be unavailable, if the price shown was clearly wrong, or if we cannot verify the payment.
Prices
Prices are in US dollars and include applicable import duty. Sales tax, where it applies, is shown at checkout.
Products
Every model is photographed as faithfully as possible, and a colour can look slightly different from one screen to another. Specifications are the maker's own, given on each listing; write to us and we will confirm a figure before you order.
A hearing aid does not replace a hearing test. If your hearing changed suddenly, or only in one ear, see a doctor before buying any hearing device.
Payment
Payment is taken at checkout through our payment provider. We never see or store your card number.
Returns
See our refund policy. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights.
Liability
Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protections of your state of residence.
