Before you order.
How long does shipping take?
7 to 11 business days in total. Two to three business days to pick, check and pack your order, then five to eight business days in transit. Every order ships free to all fifty states and Washington DC, with no minimum.
What if it does not suit them?
You have 14 days from delivery to change your mind. Wear them at home; we take them back clean and complete, with the charging case, dock or cable and every accessory, in their packaging. Write to support@prestonsupply.com with your order number and we reply with the address and the instructions within one business day.
What if it arrives damaged?
Photograph it before you do anything else (the fault, the label and the box) and send the three images to support@prestonsupply.com within 48 hours of delivery, with your order number. We do not ask you to return a faulty item before we act on it.
Will there be import duty to pay?
No. The price you see includes the applicable import duty, so nothing is due on delivery. Sales tax, where it applies to your state, is shown at checkout before you pay.
Can I send it straight to my parent?
Yes. Enter their name and address as the shipping address at checkout. The tracking number comes to your email the moment the parcel leaves us.
