Everything ships from inside the US

Our stock sits in United States warehouses. Orders leave in 1–2 business days and land in 3–7. No customs, no duties to pay at the door, no six-week wait for a container.

We publish the numbers other listings hide

Continuous power and surge power, stated separately. PV voltage range on every controller. Battery voltage. Weight. If a spec is unflattering, it still goes on the page. You are spending a few hundred dollars on a part your system depends on — you should be able to check it before you buy, not after it arrives.

Email support@prestonsupply.com and a person reads it. We answer within one business day, Monday to Friday, 9am–6pm ET. Before you buy, after you buy, and on the day something stops working.
